Itinerary:
29 September: AUCKLAND TO KUALA LUMPUR
- Noon – Check in at Auckland Airport
- 2.20pm – Depart Auckland on a direct flight to Kuala Lumpur
- 8.20pm – Arrive Kuala Lumpur
- You will be met on arrival and transferred by coach to Traders Hotel, Kuala Lumpur where you will be staying for four nights
30 September: KUALA LUMPUR
- 10am to 3.30pm - Practice Day – Enjoy breakfast at your leisure, then head to the Sepang International Circuit to see the cars in action. Practice times are 10am to 11.30am & 2pm to 3.30pm. Use your 3-day train & bus pass to get to the circuit.
- 7pm – Tonight will be an evening to remember. At 7pm we will transfer by coach to Tamarind Springs, a short 15 minute drive from KL city. Enjoy a welcome cocktail on arrival, followed by Indochinese food with local dancers providing entertainment for the evening.
- 10pm – Coach transfer back to the Traders Hotel
1 October: KUALA LUMPUR
- 9am – Transfer by coach to the Sepang Circuit for a morning of go karting excitement. The go kart track is adjacent to the Sepang International Circuit and is just a short walk to your Grand Stand seats for the second day of Practice and Qualifying times. This track was designed by renowned F1 Track designer Hermann Tilke, who was responsible for the layout of the Sepang International Circuit main track.
- 2pm-3 pm – Second day of F1 Practice times
- 5pm – Qualifying times
- 6pm – Coach transfers back to the hotel. If you would like to get back to your hotel earlier in the day, feel free to use your 3-day train and bus pass.
2 October: KUALA LUMPUR
- Race Day – Make your own way to the Sepang Circuit with your 3-day train/bus pass for a full day of action on the circuit, starting from around 10am. Use your 3-day train/bus to get back to your hotel.
3 October: KUALA LUMPUR TO AUCKLAND
- 6am – coach transfer will take you to Kuala Lumpur International Airport for your flight home.
