You and/or your children can get fit, have fun, and learn some self defence at the same time, it's a win-win-win. The instructors at Aikido Nelson are experienced with many years of training. Aikido is a non-competitive Japanese martial art based on the principal of harmony.
Students learn self-defence and discipline, are part of a small, friendly club, gain confidence and widen their spiritual horizon. Aikido improves flexibility and overall health through breathing, partner exercises, wooden weapon work, and meditation practice. Aikido is for everyone, no matter your age or size. Students can tailor their training to suit their personality by making it either more martial or more art.Good news:
