About Mako Gym:
Get fit your way at Mako Gym in Mount Victoria. Divided into two separate sections, it features a kickboxing and fitness class area, as well as a weights and power training area. The Combat Room Muay Thai Kickboxing Club train out of the facility, as a member of Mako Gym you're entitled to be included in their club events. The strength training area is available for use Monday to Saturday, but members are also able to attend all weekly scheduled classes, and have full use of the facilities including changing rooms during gym opening hours. Personal training sessions are also available Monday to Saturday, individually tailored to your needs. These PT sessions can involve combat sports training, pad and glove work, or strength training.
