How does it work?
Just click the Buy button and fill out your details to purchase. You can create an account (which will make it easier next time you buy something, and signs you up for regular emails so you never miss a deal) or check out as a guest. Either way you’ll get an email which also contains confirmation of your purchase and your coupon. If the deal is for something delivered, you’ll be prompted to enter a postal address (and you won’t get a coupon).
How do I find my coupons?
If you made a GrabOne account you can always access your coupons by logging in and clicking ‘My Purchases’ at the top right corner of any GrabOne page. There you'll find everything you’ve bought, gifted to someone else, or received from someone else.
What happens if my coupon expires?
You’re still able to use what you spent on it towards the same experience at the same business for up to 30 days with our Voucher Guarantee. After that, you’ve missed out sorry! If you’re the buy now and forget type you can always set a Coupon Reminder.
How do I use my GrabOne coupon?
You'll receive your coupon in an email, and you can also find it under 'My Purchases' at the top of any GrabOne page. Follow the ‘how to use’ instructions on your coupon in order to redeem it. Generally, you can use most GrabOne Coupons straight away, but all deals have a specified ‘valid from’ date which you should always check. If your coupon requires you to book ahead, we recommend that you contact the merchant sooner rather than later to score the date your really want and to avoid disappointment.
Are there conditions?
There are always some stipulations in place to to make it super-clear what you are getting and when. We work hard with our merchants to ensure they are fair to both you and them. Make sure you always read them and check the expiry date before you grab a deal.

Can I get a refund?
Not if you forgot to use your coupon in time or if you changed your mind. We don't normally offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances, but we treat each refund request on a case-by-case basis and in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you think you are entitled to a refund after reading this, give us a call on 0800 GRABONE (0800 472 2663) and we'll discuss it with you.
What if the business I bought a coupon for closes down?
If anything happens that makes it downright impossible for you to redeem your coupon, we'll make sure you get your money back. It’s part of the GrabOne Guarantee.
What if something goes wrong with my purchase?
If something goes wrong we’ll get it sorted quickly and fairly, in line with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees and Fair Trading Acts; our customers have chosen GrabOne as New Zealand’s favourite and most trusted group buying website, and we take that reputation pretty seriously.

I have a question about a deal. How do I get an answer before I buy?
Every deal has a discussion board where you can get more specific questions answered before you hit ‘Buy’. We have a dedicated team of support staff who monitor discussion who will be able to answer for you, or contact the business to find out what you need to know.
