• Vietnamese Bowl -  black sesame rice noodle, peach and cucumber sunomono, abc satay, kumara crisp and fresh herbs
• Portuguese Bowl - organic sorghum tabouli, charred corn cream, lemon 'mayo', baby cos, piri piri harissa and baby coriander
• Arabian Bowl - organic jasmine and red rice, organic hummus, organic green bean and rocket salad, lemon sauce and dukkah crumble
• Nordic Bowl - organic jersey bene potatoes, creamy cashew 'cheese', dijon vinaigrette, leafy greens, crisp caper and warm grapes
