Entrée:

Mediterranean style dips served with warm Turkish bread.
Grilled chicken skewers with lemon and aioli dipping sauce.

Mains:

Moroccan spiced chicken, grilled marinated chicken thigh served on bulghar salad.
Pan fried snapper fillets on lemon mash, with rocket, lime hollandaise and capsicum salsa.
Scotch fillet, off the grill, with parmesan potato mash, roasted tomato, courgette, caramelised shallots, and shiraz glaze.
Lamb shanks, slow cooked in a rich tomato, rosemary and thyme broth, served with garlic potato mash
