Tomato Salsa – made fresh daily with chopped tomatoes, chilli, onion and cilantro, served with corn chips 
Altas muy picantes – chicken wings with chipotle mayonnaise and lemon wedges 
Ceviche Pacifico – marinated fresh fish in coconut, lime juice and chilli served with corn chips 
 Quesadilla de Queso – flour tortilla filled with melted cheese, mild chilli and coriander 

Mains (Big Bites) 

Holy Mole Enchilada – two corn tortilla filled with chicken baked in Mole Poblano and chilli cheese, served with rice 
 Ancho Chilli Pork Enchilada – two corn tortilla filled with braised pork baked in Chipotle sauce and chilli cheese, served with rice 
Hot Adobo Beef Burrito – grilled flour tortilla parcel filled with adobo spiced beef, drizzled with coriander oil and served with salsa and salad greens 
Smoked Chipotle Chicken Burrito – grilled flour tortilla parcel filled with chicken bound in chipotle sauce, drizzled with coriander oil and served with salsa and salad greens 
 Spicy Vegetable Burrito – grilled flour tortilla parcel filled with a seasonal mix of spiced vegetables, drizzled with coriander oil and served with salsa and salad greens 
Quesadilla – a folded flour tortilla filled with cheese and one of our fillings grilled to perfection served with a Mexican Slaw
Quesadilla De Pollo – pibil braised chicken, chilli cheese and topped with poblano pestoe
