Bookings are essential and subject to availability from the 7th of May. Bookings and/or cancellation can be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance and a maximum of one month. Bookings must be made on the Sails Restaurant online booking system and please tick the "Tasting Voucher " box. Please note, for Friday and Saturday nights, tables are only available at 8.30pm. Not valid on Mother's Day or public holidays. This voucher is for the Sails Tasting menu with no alterations or substitutions but vegetarian options are available for each course. Maximum table size is ten, vouchers can be combined to reach this limit, all diners must dine on the Sails Tasting menu and diners without coupon must pay full price. Present coupon on arrival at the restaurant. Wine matching is available at the time of dining for $60 per person, payable direct. Must be used in one visit. No refunds unless required by law.
