About Banh Mi Caphe:

Banh Mi Caphe is the first Vietnamese eatery to open its doors in Hamilton. Located right on the Victoria Street restaurant precinct, the menu and decor is inspired by the world-famous traditional Vietnamese street food. Vietnamese cuisine is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of oil, and lots of herbs and vegetables, which is perfectly harnessed at this relaxed establishment. Banh Mi Caphe are known for our exceptionally good Bánh mì (Vietnamese baguettes), which are bursting with oriental flavours. A delicacy found from street vendors and Vietnamese bakeries, it's availability makes it a regular chew for both locals and tourists. Their Banh mi comes with grilled meat of your choice, coriander and pickled carrots. They also have options for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten free requirements.
