Two poached egg served on toasted English muffins smothered in hollandaise sauce. Served with a choice of Smokey bacon, Smoked salmon OR Wilted spinach.
Belgian Waffles
Crispy, but soft in the middle. Served with a choice of the following: Macerated Strawberries Hot Fudge Sauce or Fresh Banana & Maple Syrup or Blueberry Compote & Sweetened Cream.
Seafood Chowder
One of our most popular. Mussels, cuttlefish, clams, shrimp and bacon. Mixed in a creamy béchamel sauce. Served with garlic crostini.
Spring Chicken Salad
Grilled tender Chicken Thigh, fresh oak lettuce leaves, Feta cheese, candied cashews & Strawberries. Tossed through a Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Asian Beef Pasta Salad
Al Dente spiral pasta, garlic marinated beef, julienne carrots, red onion & green beans. Tossed through a sesame, soy dressing.
Pulled Brisket Burger
BBQ Brisket, pickled onions, grilled cheese, sliced peppers & garlic aioli. Served in a warmed burger bun. Accompanied with steak fries & jalapeno aioli.
BB’s Fush N Chups
A twist on an old classic. Paprika seasoned panko crumbed dory fish. Served with salad greens, chunky fries & homemade tartare sauce.
Corn Fritters
Creamed corn and bacon fritters. Served with sundried tomato cream cheese & jalapeno salsa.
