Full Terms and Conditions

  1. We ask that you notify us within five working days following your failed attempt to redeem your GrabOne Voucher. You can contact us by calling 0800 472 2663 or contacting us.

    If a business ceases to trade before you can redeem, within the validity period of your voucher, you will be entitled to a refund.

    Will not apply if a business's refusal to honour the GrabOne deal is because the Universal Fine Print or the Fine Print have not been complied with. For example, you will not receive a refund if a restaurant does not honour a GrabOne voucher that you have given to a friend who is under18 years old, and your friend tries to redeem that GrabOne voucher for alcohol.

    Will not apply if you have simply changed your mind about buying the deal (“buyers remorse”). Please refer to the GrabOne Member Terms and Conditions for further information.

    If you have given your friends or family a GrabOne voucher and they cannot redeem the GrabOne Voucher for the reasons mentioned above, we will give the refund to you and not your friends/family.

    We will not be liable for any other loss or damage incurred by you, and/or any person that you give the GrabOne Voucher to, as a result of a business's failure to honour your GrabOne voucher. For example, if you incur costs travelling to the business where the services in a GrabOne deal would have been provided, we will not be responsible for those costs.

  3. Voucher Guarantee applies to all deals that display the Voucher Guarantee icon. If the icon is not on a deal, Voucher Guarantee does not apply. Refer to your voucher to check if it qualifies for Voucher Guarantee redemption.

    It's always best to use your voucher before the expiry date, so you get the most value for your money. And if you're a bit forgetful, we now automatically remind you if your vouchers are about to expire.

    During the Voucher Guarantee period, your voucher can only be put towards the service stated on the voucher.

    If the offer is seasonal, like a seasonal menu or chimney sweep service, the Voucher Guarantee of your voucher can be put towards a similar offer at the merchant's discretion.

    Voucher Guarantee does not apply to product deals, travel and accommodation-related deals, or time-dependent event deals.

    The conditions on your voucher still apply during the Voucher Guarantee grace period.

  5. The GrabOne support team are based at our head office in Auckland. The standard operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
