Highlights
- Wanted: motivated individuals who are ready to commit to three intensive training sessions a week. You'll feel yourself getting noticeably fitter and stronger as you learn the basic philosophies, methods and techniques of the TFW system.
- Training for Warriors' workouts, methods and philosophies have been used successfully by thousands of individuals, athletes and teams with goals ranging from combating obesity and inactivity - to the highest level of Olympic competition.
- You get three training sessions per week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from either 5.30pm to 6.45pm or 7.00pm to 8.15pm – 12 sessions in total.
- Training for Warriors utilises a progressive class structure, so each session builds on your progress from the last. Four-week sessions start on November 21st, with the next one starting in the new year on January 10th.
