Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Hanoi
You will be picked up from the Hanoi airport and then transferred to the hotel in Hanoi. Check-in is at 2.00 pm. You then have the leisure time in the evening.
Day 2: Travel from Hanoi to Halong Bay for the cruise. (B/L/D)
7:45-8:15: A driver will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to Halong Bay. Enjoy the peaceful scenery as you travel through the countryside, farmlands and Red River delta.
12:00-12:30: Arriving at Tuan Chau Marina. Welcome aboard the cruise. Meet the captain, crew and join them for a welcome drink as they tell you about life onboard.
12:30: Check in your cabin. Time to refresh.
13:00: Served a delectable lunch while cruising ahead to Ha Long Bay.
14:00: Explore the Surprising Cave - the most beautiful cave in Ha Long Bay. It is one of the widest grottoes in Ha Long Bay with thousands of stalactites and stalagmites.
15:30 Visit Titop Island for swimming or climb up to the top of the Island - take the best view of Halong Bay. Continue cruising to the quiet area while enjoying the beautiful seascape on the way.
18:00: Enjoy the Sunset Party on the sundeck.
19:00 Dinner is served.
20:00 Socialize with other guests or laze around.
Day 3: Halong Bay to Hanoi - Recheck In Hotel (B/L):
6:30 - 6:45: Do Tai Chi or a photo hunt
7:00: Have breakfast on board while the boat starts cruising to the Natural Preservation Zone.
8:00: Kayaking to explore the area or visit a floating house and learn about the daily life of the local fishermen who live there.
9:00: Board the cruise again. Take time to refresh and relax before checking out. Bags can be left in the luggage store.
10:00: Join in the Cooking Class, teaching you how to make our specific Spring rolls before an early lunch is served.
11: 30 - 12:00: Disembark at the harbour, Tuan Chau Marina.
17:00: Arrival back at your hotel in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi Free and Easy (B):
Having Breakfast at the hotel then you will have the whole day free and it is easy to discover the city.
Day 5: Hanoi to Da Nang - Check In Hotel In Hoi An (B):
After breakfast, enjoy some time exploring Hanoi on your own before your transfer to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. On arrival, you’ll be picked up at Da Nang airport and transferred to your hotel in the charming coastal city of Hoi An.
Day 6: Hoi An Free and Easy (B):
Today you can enjoy a day of leisure to explore Hoi An, or join one of the optional tours.
Day 7: HoI An Free and Easy (B):
You will have the whole day free in Hoi An, discover the beautiful ancient town on your own or join one of the optional tours.
Day 8: Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh (B):
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. You will have some free time until the driver transfers you to the airport to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh. Arrive at Ho Chi Minh and check in at the hotel.
Day 9: Cu Chi Tunnel Tour (B):
07:30 - 07.50: Pick up from your hotel and depart to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours of bus driving. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have a short introduction followed by an introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of wartime. Then, spend your time exploring the remaining area and tunnel systems which include the specially constructed living areas with kitchens, and bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centres helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war.
Afterwards, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served.
Break time for relaxing or time for those who want to try the real shooting gun.
Return to hotel in Saigon.
Day 10: Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh (B):
Embark on a bus journey (6hrs) or take a flight (2hrs, paid extra directly to Halong Tours Booking) to Phnom Penh. Check in to the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 11: Phnom Penh Free and Easy (B):
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel as today is the day you have free time at your leisure in Cambodia.
Day 12: PhnomPenh to Siem Reap (B):
Today you will be transferred to Siem Reap by bus which is about 6 hours. Arrive in Siem Reap, and the driver will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel in Siem Reap
Day 13: Siem Reap - Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat (B/L):
After breakfast, proceed to Angkor Thom Area (Angkor Thom Temple South Gate, Bayon Temple, Baphuon Temple, Phimean, Akas Temple, Elephants Terrace & Leper King Terrace, Royal Palace, Woman and Man Pond)
After lunch, continue your journey to Angkor Wat Temple - one of the seven greatest architectural wonders of the world, built in between the 9th - 13th century,
Before you end the tour, visit Bakheng Hill.
Return to the hotel in Siem Reap.
Day 14: Departure - Airport Transfer (B):
Have breakfast at the hotel then wait until the driver comes and picks you up for the airport.
