All extra payments due are to be paid on the day to technician and made out by cheques to Sherlock Cleaning Systems, or a late fee will apply. Extra rooms can be added for $20 each. Steps can be added for $0.50 - $1 depending on their size. Rug cleaning can be added from $5 each, depending on size. Stain removal is extra and the prices start at $20 per stain, depending on the size, and there is no guarantee that the stain can be removed. Not valid for leather or suede suites. $20 per extra seating for the lounge suite option. Extra Ottoman $10 each, foot stools $5, Lazy Boy chairs extra $5 each, upholstery of centerpiece in corner lounge suites $10 extra.
