- Check flare joints, fittings and leaks
- Check & Tighten electrical terminals current draw
- Check noise level of fan motor and compressor
- Check unit is level, check for obstructions in and around the unit, coil and electronics
- Clean unit case, coil, fan and condensate drain
- Spray against insects and bugs
