• Green Chicken Curry (Medium spicy): Malaysian influenced chicken dish with lemongrass, galangal & coconut cream, finished by crisped curry leaves
• Bhuna Red Rum (DF) (GF): Delicacy of diced lamb slow cooked with red onion, kasoori, fresh ginger & garlic, finished with the chef's favourite five spice
• Beef Randang (Medium spicy): Beef schnitzel cooked with lemongrass, galangal, red chilli. Deeply flavoured with coconut and served with rice
• Chicken Tikka Masala: Succulent tender chicken pieces cooked in chopped masala with green peppers and diced onions, garnished with fresh coriander
• Koi da Korma: Chicken breast cooked with fresh garlic, brown onion, cashew nuts & whole spices
• Masala Madras (Prawn or Fish): South Indian influenced prawn or fish cooked with red onion, garlic, ginger, curry leaves and coconut milk
• Butter Chicken (GF): Tandoori roasted chicken with tomatoes and cashews
• Kadhai Paneer: Cottage cheese cooked in an onion tomato gravy with kadhai masala and red & green bell peppers
• Daal Makhani (V): Lentils stewed on a slow fire overnight, garnished with ginger, coriander & red onions
• Palak Da Saag (Chicken (DF) (GF), Veg (DF) (GF) (V)): Spiced fresh spinach prepared in traditional Punjabi style
