About Six Sigma:

In this role, you'll likely be part of a Six Sigma Management Team working to improve a business. This is both the introductory (Yellow Belt) and intermediate (Green Belt) levels for Six Sigma, so no prior knowledge is required. In the Green Belt training, you'll learn terminology and gain an understanding of Six Sigma to a management level. You'll also demonstrate how Six Sigma can help various businesses, understand and identify common implementation issues, as well as gaining an understanding in customer importance in all industries. You'll analyse data correctly to make informed decisions, and show how DMAIC can redefine a business structure.

About Black Belt Training: 

In this role, you'll likely be part of a Project Leader/Consultant or Sigma Six Trainer. This Course covers basic (Yellow Belt), intermediate (Green Belt) and advanced (Black Belt) levels for Six Sigma, so no prior knowledge is required. In the Black Belt training, you'll learn to improve a business, and demonstrate how Six Sigma can help various businesses. You'll also gain an understanding and be able to identify common implementation issues, as well as understanding customer importance in all industries. You'll analyse data correctly to make informed decisions, and you'll be able to train others in Six Sigma and effect permanent problem resolutions.
