Sourced from home and abroad, the grains, hops and yeasts are selected specifically according to the styles of beer being made. Then in the Dunedin brewhouse the Emerson's team craft a range of beers that combine stylistic accuracy with a distinctive balance and memorability.This beer is a wonderfully drinkable interpretation of a classic English ale; this is a blend of four malts combined with two classic European hops grown in Nelson. The nose exudes sweet malt and hop aromas, accompanying a soft, malty palate that is both flavoursome and refreshing, and a long, gently drying finish.Fresh stock!
