Park Access:

• You must use your Voucher code to book your tickets on Rainbow’s End website before coming to park. No booking, no entry. 
• Your booking date is your visit date - Night Rides have capacity restrictions so bookings that do not show for a session cannot be refunded or rescheduled after session.
• Rainbow’s End Night Rides Sessions are 6-11pm. Gate processing starts at 5.30pm and we recommend arriving early to make the most of your session. Dates are subject to availability and sell out fast - BOOK EARLY for your preferred date to avoid disappointment.

Rainbow’s End Night Rides Voucher Validity:

• Valid to book 1 Night Rides Entry at one of the Winter Lights Night Rides Saturday sessions: June 28th, July 5th, July 12th, July 19th, July 26th, August 2nd or 16th August 2025.
• Height restrictions apply for some rides for your safety.
• No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Ride Availability:

• Kidz Kingdom is closed for Night Rides.
• Pregnant people may not ride.
• Ride safety protocols rides may mean rides need to be closed without notice in certain weather conditions such as rain and high winds. Check the website for possible ride closures before visiting.

Arcade Credit & Hologate Virtual Reality Purchases:

• If you have purchased a deal with Arcade Credit and Hologate Virtual Reality, a Coupon will print at entry when your booking is scanned. Take the coupon to Playlab Arcade to redeem for a Play card.
• Arcade credit and Virtual Reality voucher must be used in the same session, no cash backs or refunds for unused credit.

Guest Responsibility:

• Night Children (13yrs and under) must be supervised by a parent or caregiver. Because Kidz Kingdom is closed, and the late session finish, we recommend this event for families with teen children rather than little ones.
