The booking is valid only for the confirmed activity, time and participants. Suitable for ages 3 and over; ID is required for adult, teen and senior tickets. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times around the river, boat ramp and meeting point. Boats carry a maximum of 11–12 people. Not suitable for pregnant women, anyone with a head, neck, back or hip injury, or wheelchair users; good balance and mobility are essential, as access can be steep in places. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your booking time so check-in and the safety briefing can run smoothly. Guests aged 16 and over should bring their phones to complete the disclaimer at check-in.
