Pay $10 extra per unit for Auckland urban delivery, $10 extra per unit for Christchurch urban delivery, $20 extra per unit for North Island urban delivery, or $30 extra per unit for South Island urban delivery. Enter address when purchasing. No PO Boxes or rural delivery (Waiheke Island is rural delivery).
