About The NZ Agricultural Show:
Canterbury’s favourite day out is back! The New Zealand Agricultural Show (formerly the Canterbury A&P) offers fun for all, jam-packed with livestock, live entertainment and attractions, indoor and outdoor exhibits, food and wine, cute animals and so much more! It's where country comes to town in a spectacular mix of colour, excitement and competition - a celebration of everything that's great in Canterbury and New Zealand.
The show is hosted by the Canterbury A&P Association, a charity whose aim is to promote the importance of farming, produce and innovation to New Zealand as a whole. The Association’s annual event is one of New Zealand’s oldest A&P Shows and remains a traditional agricultural show at heart.

Student is 13 -18 years OR attending Polytechnic/University with student ID. Senior is 65+ years. Gates open 8.00am - 5.30pm daily.
