Location:
Snapattack fishing charters is located at Z Pier, Westhaven Marina. Their boat (Minerva II) is located in front of the main building. Take either of the ramps down to the marina as they are located half way between the two ramps.
Parking:
Parking at Z Pier is pay - by - plate. You can pay by using the INUGO app or by credit card at the machines onsite.
What to Bring:
Snapattack charters has large salt iced chilly bins on board to store your catch and any food and beverages you wish to bring along for your group. Customers are welcome to bring their own small chilly bin on board however this will need to be stored out of the way when fishing to ensure everyone has a comfortable space to fish. Please ensure you bring suitable comfortable clothing for fishing including something warm to put on if needed and hats, glasses and sunscreen for the warmer months.
Bait & Rods:
Rods and bait are included in your costs. Their skipper and deckhand will help with all the intricacies of baiting and using your rod to enjoy the full excitement of catching fish. They use good quality bait and rods and reels are from the top world suppliers.
Food & Beverage:
Snapattack charters is licensed for customers to bring their own alcohol, however please note they do not allow spirits on board. Please ensure food is provided for those that are bringing beverages. They have a BBQ on board that you are welcome to use or they can price up a catered BBQ including quality steak, chicken nibbles and sausages plus all the trimmings for $40pp. If it’s a group all day charter don’t forget to ask for the free BBQ breakfast that will start your day off with a full stomach.
Facilities:
Minerva II has a marine single flushable toilet on board. Please ensure that no paper towels or sanitary items are flushed down the toilet.
