About Packard Motor Museum:
The Packard Motor Museum exhibits were collected over more than 60 years by museum founder, the late Graeme Craw. Take a tour through his fascination with the industrial revolution - a time of innovation and invention which saw developments in engineering and the automobile construction that changed the world and shaped New Zealand into the country it is today. The Packard Motor Museum is situated just 11 km from Whangarei in the old Dairy Factory at Maungatapere on State Highway 14 on the way to Dargaville. A visit to the museum is an engaging hands-on way for adults and children of all ages to explore New Zealand’s motoring and engineering heritage.
