Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. No GrabOne voucher is issued and GrabOne does not process payment. The booking is valid only for the confirmed activity, time and participants. Riders must be aged 6 or over, and riders under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Quad bikes are single rider only. At least one person in each group should have conversational English to translate the guide's instructions during the quad session. Not suitable for customers with limited mobility or serious health conditions, and pregnancy, back problems, recent injuries or medical conditions may affect your ability to take part, so contact Off Road Adventures before booking if unsure. A Visa or Mastercard must be provided as a security bond (one card per booking); no funds are held, but up to $3,000 may be charged if there is damage. Please check in at least 15 minutes before your session and allow 1.5 hours in total. Food and drinks are not included, so bring your own, along with clothes you don't mind getting dusty. Tours run year-round in all weather, but may be amended or cancelled if conditions are unsafe. Bookings of up to 10 guests can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour, and groups of 10 or more up to 7 days before; no refunds are given for cancellations or reductions in guest numbers within these periods.
