If there are less than the minimum passenger numbers or unexpected issues arise then the merchant may also cancel the trip. They will inform you of any cancellations by the contact details you have provided 24 hours before the day of arrival. In the event of such a cancellation, they will refund passengers if they are unable to come on another day. If you do not have enough people to meet the minimum group size, you may be put with another group to make the numbers. Must be used in 1 visit. Not valid on public holidays.
