About Adrenalin Forest:

Adrenalin Forest promises hours of 'did I really just do that?' astonishment, fear-defying leaps, Tarzan-inspired rope swings and exhilaratingly long flying foxes. At all stages, you'll be safely clipped into your safety harness so you'll be free to enjoy your fear knowing you're actually completely, totally safe – the best of both worlds.

Get ready to experience the forest from the best viewpoint – way up in the air. The platforms vary from two metres in the air, for your baby-esque first steps, to a soaring 20 metres above the ground. Just a taste of the obstacles you'll tackle include: swinging barrels to step across; balance logs; crossed and zigzag ropes; narrow bridges; and hanging loops.

To embrace the chance to feel the fear, hit that big buy button. Height restrictions do apply - you must be 1.3m tall to do pathways discovery and adventure or 1.45m tall to do the whole course. It takes an average of three hours to do the whole course and one hour and 15 minutes to do the first two pathways. You are welcome to bring your food and non-alcoholic drinks to the park.
