- Tuesday: meet 5.30pm, on the water 6.00pm - 7.00pm
- Thursday: meet 5.30pm, on the water 6.00pm - 7.00pm
- Saturday: meet 7.30am, on the water 8.00am - 9.00am (followed by coffee for those interested)

About Bay Dragons Women's Dragon Boat Team:
Bay Dragons are an all-women team of all ages, stages and levels of fitness.
They enjoy getting together to participate in a water sport that not only increases fitness and strength but offers the opportunity of camaraderie with women aged 16 through to 70+. They compete in the Women’s division in regattas and last season came home with a bronze medal.
You do not have to have previous experience or know how to paddle - they will teach you. Give it a go - they are friendly, welcoming and keen to share their sport with other women.
