8 Hour Self Guided Day Triventure Tour:

Walk from Jones Landing to Arapuni Dam and view the the pink hues of the ignimbrite bluffs.
Ride from Arapuni Dam to our base at the northern end of the Waikato River Trail.
Kayak from the base, along Lake Karapiro and up the Pokaiwhenua Stream.

Need to know

Recommended that you bring layers of clothing, preferably merino.
Do not recommend wearing jeans as they get very cold when wet.
To make your experience as comfortable as possible, overpants, splash jackets and wet shoes are provided.
There is a changing area at the base where you can layer up before embarking on the guided kayak tour. There are also secure storage facilities where you can leave any additional belongings.
Cameras / phones are okay.
