Bookings essential and are subject to availability. This experience operates Saturday & Sunday only, at session times of 10:00am and 11:30am each day. Max 6 divers per session. Must be used by one person in one visit. Minimum height restriction is 1.3metres. No age limit. Persons aged 17 and under must have a signed parental or a legal guardian consent and be accompanied into the shark cage by a guardian 18 years or older (guardian must be paid and booked in for the experience). You will not be able to participate in this experience if pregnant. All participants MUST be able to swim. All participants must follow instructions given by the guide. All participants will be asked to complete and sign both the experience terms and conditions which includes a Statement of Understanding, an Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Medical Declaration. If applicable, a doctor’s medical clearance must be displayed to the experience guide. Bookings are essential and must be confirmed before experience can take place. Please follow instructions on GrabOne coupon to make a booking. If booking via email, preferred date and session time must be mentioned. An alternative date and session time should also be mentioned. Date and session time change requests must be confirmed via email. Tickets sold via Grabone are non-refundable unless required by law. Transfers to friends/family members possible as long as friend/family member meets the participation criteria. Participants are to arrive 30 minutes prior to the session start time to check-in. Full cancellation fee applies for guests who arrive late for the booked experience. Rebooking for an alternative date is not possible. Full cancellation fee applies for guests who have booked but do not meet the criteria for participation on the day of visit.
