About the Ferment! Food Festival:
Ferment! Festival is a not-for-profit event run exclusively by a bunch of passionate foodies that are actually working, at the helm, of the food and beverage industries of NZ. This event is all about the small guys helping out the other small guys and most importantly supporting local. Ferment! have teamed up with the brand new Feed the Future Foundation so that $1 from each ticket (and all other profits) will be going directly to them. This will pay for cutting edge textbooks and resources on food education/health/production and science all made exclusively for kiwi kids of all ages.
