This workshop covers the most efficient sources of plant-based proteins, fats and CHO as well as recovery foods and importance of fats for mental focus. Recipes will include recovery shakes, pre-workout bars, clean desserts, high energy snacks and endurance crackers.

Ready to take raw desserts to the next level? Expand your skills by learning more complex raw culinary techniques such as using plant-based thickeners such as agar agar to make vanilla pannacotta, Irish moss to ensure your cheesecakes don't melt, ice creams without an ice cream maker and emulsifiers.

About Two Raw Sisters:
Two Raw Sisters, Rosa and Margo Flanagan, have a strong focus on educating people on how easy, sustainable, delicious, and health-enhancing plant-based foods can be for them both mentally and physically. Their motto – ‘Changing people’s perception on plant-based foods’. Rosa and Margo graduated from the raw plant-based culinary school- PlantLab and in January 2018 were given the opportunity to instruct a PlantLab pop-up in Sydney at the amazing Vive Cooking School. Rosa and Margo are continuing to develop their knowledge around how to best fuel and heal our own bodies.
