The booking is valid only for the confirmed activity, time and participants. Participants under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult participant. This room is not recommended for children under 13, pregnant women, or anyone with heart conditions, panic attacks, epilepsy or a history of seizures, and parental discretion is advised for participants under 16. Please make sure all participants are aware of these guidelines before booking. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session and allow up to 1 hour 50 minutes for the whole experience. All participants must sign a waiver before arrival, using the link in the booking confirmation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund, and date changes can be made free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
