Earn Your Stripes Room:
Old-timer Bill thinks you’ve got what it takes - this is what he has to say: “I’ve got a job lined up for when I get out of here, a big score, lots of antiquities, but I need a crew. I’ve been in here long enough that I don’t trust anyone on the outside, but you guys I think I can work with. I know you’re not due to get out for a while, but I’m gonna let you in on a little secret.” he gives you a wink, “I’ve got a master key. I’ve hidden it somewhere in my cell, and if you find it and get out, well then, that’s when things will get interesting. Think of this as a job interview."
Prisoners Dilemma Room:
It should have been so simple. Keep your head down, do your time, don’t rock the boat. Make enough friends to survive but don’t get too attached. However, when you’re behind bars, if trouble comes looking for you, there’s nowhere to hide. And the notion of murder is quite troubling indeed. On the evening of February 2nd, Robinson, the youngest of your crew, disappeared. In the chaos and confusion that followed the earthquake on February 3rd, 1931, you snuck into warden Stephens’s office, suspecting him to be responsible. Finding yourselves locked in, you have one hour to escape.

The historic prison is located on Napier’s Bluff Hill at 55 Coote Rd overlooking the Pacific Ocean and beautiful Centennial Gardens. View the old quarry where the inmates used to work their hard days’ labour to build the walls that would keep them imprisoned. Napier Prison is just a few minutes walk to the town centre and Marine Parade.
