Maximum of 4 participants per session. All participants must be 14 years or older. Persons aged between 14 and 17 must have signed parental or a legal guardian consent and accompanied into the experience by a guardian 18 years or older (guardian must be paid and booked in for the experience). Participants must follow instructions given by the guide. All participants must read and sign the declaration form. All participants must be able to navigate stairs and understand no jewellery, watches, phones or cameras can be taken onto the ice. All participants must not have been in contact with birds 24 hours prior to participating in this experience. All participants must not have suffered any flu/cold/gastro/respiration infection in the last 48 hours. . Bookings are essential and must be confirmed before experience can take place. Please follow instructions on GrabOne coupon to make a booking. If booking via email, preferred date and session time must be mentioned. An alternative date and session time should also be mentioned. Date and session time change requests must be confirmed via email. Tickets sold via Grabone are non-refundable unless required by law.
