Christchurch city is changing rapidly as the city recovers and rebuilds from the earthquakes of 2010/11. A flight over the city will give you the best perspective of just how much the landscape has changed. Our pilots will inform and entertain you on the interesting facts and points of interest, new developments and the vision for the future of the city. We will also fly over the Port of Lyttelton showing the spectacular scenery of Banks Peninsula and return via the suburbs of Sumner and Redcliffs.

City Scenic Flight duration is 20 minutes, strictly subject to availability and min capacity being filled. Trial Flight experience Option duration is 25 minutes, and is for 1 person only for this flight - passenger weight must not exceed 100kg and must be a minimum of 155cm in height. Advised to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Trial flights are valid in the R22 helicopter only. Passengers names and weights are required at time of booking and a contact phone number. Scenic flights take place in R44, EC120, EC130 or BK117 Helicopters. Specific choice not guaranteed. Minimum numbers required for scenic flights to depart. As such you may or may not have to share your flight with other people. Limited spaces available. Seating of clients for scenic flights is at our discretion, due to strict requirements to load each helicopter within it's specification of weight and balance.
