Bookings essential, subject to pilot and aircraft availability. . Must be used in 1 visit. Not valid on public holidays. Passenger weight is critical for a helicopter. Average passenger weight for a flight must be 90kg or less. Passengers over 100kg may be required to pay for an additional comfort seat. Please state passenger weights when booking and don't hesitate to get in touch if you are unsure about weight restrictions. Weight restrictions apply to all flights. All flights are weather dependent. In the event that the weather is unsuitable on the day of your scheduled booking, your flight will be cancelled and rescheduled at no additional cost to you. When booking please provide suitable contact information so they can get hold of you on the day. They suggest you call them on the morning of your flight if you have any doubt about the weather. The company reserves the right to postpone/cancel any trips due to adverse weather conditions. The Passenger acknowledges that the company may need to cancel or reschedule flights or services due to landing restrictions, unsuitable weather conditions, technical problems, operational reasons, or any event beyond the companies reasonable control. The company will not be liable for any consequential losses or additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation. Some supplier’s products and services associated with their packages are non-refundable or incur separate fees. Vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period. Voucher is void if the voucher holder cancels within 72 hours of flight or is a “no-show” on the day. Voucher validity varies according to the product. Any request to increase flight time will incur additional charges. Fares are valid for the dates specified and are subject to change.
