The company will not be liable for any consequential losses or additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation. Some supplier’s products and services associated with their packages are non-refundable or incur separate fees. Vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period. Voucher is void if the voucher holder cancels within 72 hours of flight or is a “no-show” on the day.
