The standard maximum weight is 100kg; participants up to 105kg may be accepted at the Tandem Master’s discretion, depending on weather, and a surcharge may apply. Contact the operator before booking if over 100kg. Arrive 15 minutes before your selected time for check-in. Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure receive a full refund; cancellations 48–24 hours before departure incur a 50% cancellation fee; cancellations less than 24 hours before departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. Late arrival is treated as a no-show and is chargeable. Weather may cause delays or rescheduling; if the operator cancels due to weather and you cannot reschedule, a full refund is available.
