About The Botany Swarm:
The Botany Swarm are one of the most successful teams in the New Zealand Ice Hockey League, with a record four championships, and they're ready to battle for another. Taking the ice with a blend of speed, smarts and dazzling skill.
You've seen the NHL on TV – now come see and hear the game played right in front of your eyes. You'll get the full experience—from the thump of bodies crashing into the boards mere meters away, to the hold-your-breath moment as the puck flies past a goaltender and into the back of the net—all to the cheers of the fans. It's a team game where players will become close as family, and where a split-second decision can be the difference between a win and a loss.
The Swarm are proud to offer a comprehensive in-game experience for fans, with a professional announcer, music, traditional raffle prizes and games between periods. The rink offers a café and bar, with food and drink options, and VIP seating options are available.
