Try something new at LiveFit! With more than 35 workouts on offer across the two days, you can try everything from HIIT to yoga...even retro 80's aerobics! You can experience unlimited workouts of your choice with all workouts offered included with your entry ticket. Some workouts need to be pre-booked while others are first come, first served on the day. Numbers per session are limited.

The Healthy Living Kitchen features qualified nutritionists and passionate foodies sharing ideas around how to create healthy, creative and super easy meal options as well as advice and knowledge on everything nutrition. Their guests will be covering keto, plant-based, vegan, gluten free options and more and include Elle Herself, Sarah Tanner, Buffy Ellen, Two Raw Sisters and more!
Healthy Food Village:
They've hand picked healthy and delicious food trucks so that you can sit back and relax outside with a range of food options to satisfy every tummy. Plant-based, keto or just healthy wholefood, no problem!
Olympic Weightlifting NZ, Solid Strength Equipment Training Area (Sunday Only):
Olympic Weightlifting is the perfect blend of strength, speed, coordination and balance. This is your chance to learn more about the sport, see some of our best in action, and have a go yourself! Sign up for workshops before seeing the heavy hitters battle it out in the Invitational from 1pm.
