The annual Christchurch City Zombie Run is back for another year! Choose between being either a zombie or a human in this exhilarating run around the city. Humans must make their way to various checkpoints around the city to find the 'cure'. Zombies do what zombies do - chase the humans to convert them into zombies. Prizes will be given to the human who makes it to all the checkpoints first, the zombie who converts the most humans, and spot prizes for best dressed, etc. So come and enjoy this challenging fun run around Christchurch city
Skeleton Hunt (for ages 5 - 14):

Have some family fun at the exciting new event in Christchurch: The Halloween Skeleton Hunt is here! Complete the skeleton puzzle with the pieces you find to earn your Trick or Treat. To find the pieces of the puzzle, you will need to work out the clues one by one to take you on an adventure around the Cathedral Square. There will be a different activity to complete at each clue station where you will earn your next clue. It’s a challenge the whole family can enjoy
Gory Make-Up:

Registration to Thrill the World:
Fulfil your zombie dreams by joining a global synchronised dance to Michael Jackson’s Thriller! Brush up on the moves in the 10.00am workshop for no extra cost, and be a part of this year's world record attempt
About the Festival of the Undead:
Join in on the fun in Christchurch City on the 28th October, where blood, gore and zombies will be everywhere and proceeds form Zombie Sunday go towards supporting a nine-week dance programme for low-decile schools in Christchurch. If you're a fan of the walking dead, or your child is, then this is the place for them to see the zombies safely as well as to join in on the action and become a zombie for the day if they want.
