All participants must be able to navigate stairs and understand no jewellery, watches, phones or cameras can be taken onto the ice. All participants must not have been in contact with birds 24 hours prior to participating in this experience. All participants must not have suffered any flu/cold/gastro/respiration infection in the last 48hours. If you are on 3rd trimester of your pregnancy, you cannot participate.
