We are happy to offer returns on underwear that are of an incorrect size, colour, or other fault, as long as the return is received by us within 14 days of delivery. The returned products must be in original condition and not worn or soiled, and also must include all packaging, with tags still attached. 

1-3cm difference might occur due to manual measurements; actual colour might slightly vary from images due to computer resolution.
