Extra charges will apply additional parts or diesel and some European vehicles. Excludes extreme performance vehicles, race cars, exotics and supercars (surcharge will apply for these if required, a quote will be supplied on a case by case basis). An oil filter surcharge may apply to late model vehicles - please contact the merchant directly to check if a surcharge applies to your vehicle. The merchant may at their discretion charge a labour surcharge for lowered vehicles as these vehicles require extra time to safely position on their hoists. All work guaranteed. Should the listed specification for your vehicle indicate other than mineral oil suitability, or more than 4 litres of oil, a surcharge of $7.50 per litre will be charged. Any additional work to your vehicle will be quoted, and the merchant will seek authorisation before being carried out. Must be used in 1 visit on 1 vehicle. All service packages cover the essential service items with a full written report recommending any immediate action. Four-hour turn around time frame. No cancellation policy within 24 hours of booking. No exchanges. No refunds unless required by law. No cashback. Not to be used with any other offer.
