Booking must be made prior to visiting the store. Quote your GrabOne voucher number when booking. Voucher must be presented at the time of service. Voucher is valid for 1 standard oil & lube service at the participating store. Includes engine oil replacement & replacement of the standard oil filter, where applicable. Includes basic vehicle safety & fluid-level check. Voucher covers up to the specified quantity of standard engine oil stated in the GrabOne offer. Valid for standard passenger vehicles only. European, performance, luxury, diesel, hybrid, EV, commercial & specialist vehicles may incur additional charges or may be excluded; please confirm eligibility when booking. The business reserves the right to decline a vehicle if the service cannot be safely or appropriately completed. Recommended service intervals & manufacturer specifications remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Standard service does not include repairs, diagnostic work, wheel alignment, tyre services or replacement of components. Additional charges will apply for vehicles requiring specialist oil, additional oil quantities, non-standard filters, or other parts. All work & additional charges will be discussed with & authorised by the customer before being carried out, & will be charged separately. 1 voucher per vehicle/service only.
