Car Service at Greasy Hands - Options for Basic, Full or Premium Service - Options for Japanese or European Cars

Basic Car Service Includes:

• Replace engine oil (Penrite 5W-40 or 5W-30. Fully synthetic oil) (Special viscosity oil on demand with extra charge)
• Replace oil filter (Ryco or Proselect) (Additional charges for cartridge and other filters)
• Reset service light and service interval (subject to tooling compatibility)
• Inspect tyre condition, tread depth and adjust tyre pressures
• Check exterior lights
• Test horn function
• Visual inspection of cooling system including radiator, radiator cap, and hoses
• Visual inspection of air filter (where applicable)
• Visual inspection of steering rack (where visible)
• Visual inspection of CV boots and driveshafts (where applicable)
• Visual search for date of cambelt replacement (where applicable)
• Visual inspection for engine oil leaks
• Visual inspection of brake pads and discs (wheel-on inspection only)
• Check the coolant and anti-freeze condition and top-up (where required)
• Check transmission or gearbox fluid condition and level (dipstick check only)
• Check and top up power steering fluid (where required)
• Check brake and clutch fluid (where applicable)
• Check and top-up windscreen washer fluid

Full Car Service Also Includes:

• Visual inspection of engine and transmission mount (where visible)
• Check condition and tension of auxiliary drive belts where accessible (excluding cambelt)
• Check and test battery condition
• Check seat belt condition and operation
• Vehicle road test
• Inspect bonnet latch and catch for corrosion

Premium Car Service Also Includes:

• Inspect exhaust system including mountings for security, leaks and noise
• Visual inspection of steering and suspension component
• Visual inspection of spark plug condition
• Check park brake and adjust (where applicable and if required)
• Diagnostic scanning and erase fault codes
• Rotate tyres
