Any additional work to your vehicle will be quoted, and the merchant will seek authorization before being carried out. Surcharge applies to V6 engines and recommendation oil. A surcharge also applies for European, diesel and 4WD vehicles and trucks. Surcharges are payable directly to the merchant. Replacement parts are treated on a case-by-case basis - customers will be notified before replacement work is undertaken. Service takes up to 2 hours approximately depending on the condition of the vehicle.
