Pay $18 extra per option for Auckland or Wellington urban delivery. $36 extra per option for North Island urban delivery, $54 per option for South Island urban delivery. No PO Boxes or rural delivery (Waiheke Island is rural delivery). Enter address when purchasing. Auckland pick-up option available from 1/110 Mays Road, Onehunga.
