The facilities include an expansive sun terrace, 25-metre heated indoor lap pool, sauna, steam room, spa pool and cutting edge fitness facilities, six spa treatment rooms, a chill zone, and a private lounge for group bookings.

Their partners have travelled the globe to find the highest quality organic ingredients, ancient healing stones and precious crystals. We are strictly following the guidelines from the New Zealand Government (including the ministry of health and worksafe) and Global Health authorities.
As we are welcoming our guests from overseas into the hotel tower of our premise, for the interim, our entry to the SPA is now via the Spa Terrace on Princes Street. There is no access to the Spa via the hotel reception. Please feel rest assured that the location of the spa is completely separate to our hotel tower and isolation guests. Our isolation guests have no access to our spa facilities.
SPA at Pullman has always had rigorous cleaning procedures in place and will continue to use Hospital grade disinfectant and sterilising equipment. Regular sanitising between clients will include all surfaces and touch points.
